A New Systematic OJT Program of CBAA DLSU-D

OJT program is one of the most important things that will mold students during college life. It is where we encounter a real-world situation and it's important for us college to be prepared when the time we graduated.

When me and my group mates starts gathering information on what issue we should address on our CSR plan and we come up with the OJT program of CBAA of De La Salle University- Dasmarinas. We proposed a develop systematic OJT program where student will not be experiencing hustle on searching company because of the extended pool of partnering companies. They can choose companies that is in line with their respective department. 

   What's really good about the new systematic OJT program is it will create a link between the pool of companies and the students that will directly hire them as their trainee. Another good thing about this program is that it will deploy students who will undergo OJT in the pool of partner company that is in line with their course.
